This includes:
Legal names (including any name changes)
Email addresses
Phone numbers

Mailing addresses
If you have recently moved, changed your contact information, or updated your name, we need your current details for our records.

You can download the update form from the CONTACT page on our website.
📬 Need help or can't access the form online?
Call the Northern Cherokee Nation office at 660-885-7779, and we’ll mail a form to you.
